Discrete Reportable Transcription
Discrete Reportable Transcription (DRT) enables transcribed notes to populate Electronic Health Records (EHRs), including specific fields in the EHR.
Turnaround Time
Normal turnaround is 12-24 hours, unless other turnaround requirements are established. STAT transcription work is completed within 2-4 hours.
Quality Assurance
We guarantee a minimum of 98% accuracy and will gladly provide any corrections at no charge, if we should fall short of this requirement. A three-tiered quality assurance program is utilized for highest accuracy.
Document Distribution
The DUET platform automatically distributes transcribed documents to authors, staff, referring physicians, and billing companies. User access is secure and follows permission protocols. Unlike e-mail, this distribution method meets all HIPAA and HITECH regulations. Auto-print, Internet fax, and secure download/export are provided.
Online Access
Physicians and authorized staff may retrieve transcribed reports from the DUET website.
